As promised, we’re delighted to give you more details of The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning we’re taking part in on Friday 30th September on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Research. They have a national target this year of over £25m.
Fresh from our success walking to raise funds for dementia, we’re really proud to be part of Macmillan’s biggest annual fundraising event, helping raise much-needed capital for another fabulous cause: people facing cancer.
Hmmmm, to sit at your desk slaving over a hot computer - or chat with colleagues over tea or coffee and proper, homemade cakes for half an hour or so, raising money for a really good cause? Being honest, it’s a no brainer isn’t it!
It’s certainly not too late to get involved. The nice people at Macmillan can either send you a free kit and everything you need to get you up and running: just head to http://coffee.macmillan.org.uk/hosting/get-involved/.

We’re sure your local coffee morning would love you to drop in to help swell their coffers. So don’t be shy about looking for the nearest event to you: after all, it would be a shame to miss out on delicious homemade cake.

We’re just worried Wrigley, our team mascot is under the illusion he’s attending - and that there’s someone who can make him fancy specialist cupcakes like these.
